What about Japanese food? I absolutely love it! I don't consider it as a cheat meal though as it's really healthy.

I don't eat it too often as it's quite expensive, but it's just amazing.

I personally love tattoos. I think they are a great addition to your body.

I'm working out as well and I have two tattoos. Two small ones, not worth mentioning, but just like you I'm thinking of doing a bigger project.

I can't seem to think of any good idea though...

Good luck! Not that you will need it, because I see that you have already put quite a lot of effort into figuring it all out by yourself, so I'm pretty sure that you will lose those pounds much sooner, than you expect.

I'll say though, that being skinny is not as fun as overweight people think it is, so you will want your some of your pounds back pretty fast

It's best to be neither skinny nor fat and I'm pretty sure, you will realize it soon enough.

I'm not your typical fitness freak when it goes to healthy eating as well, but I don't imagine myself eating junk food everyday.

It just wouldn't sit well with me, especially as for most of my life I was eating unhealthy - I consumed mostly carbs - crisps, pizzas, burgers with basically 0 physical activity.

So now I really appreciate good, healthy diet and fair amount of vegetables. Maybe it's still because I'm quite new to working out and fitness lifestyle, that I tend to choose clean food mostly, but as I feel good with this approach for now, I don't see a reason to change it

Whenever I get drunk or grab some fast-food with my friends I have plenty of regrets afterwards. It's just not worth it for me

This is indeed very fast weight increasement. I don't know why you can't lose weight either. My guess would be that, you are doing it wrong! Just calories deficit alone is not always the best and only solution. Products that you should consume, when losing weight differ greatly as well from those that you consume when you are bulking.

Wow, but I really do admire you! I would never last even a week on such low calories diet with a lot of cardio and HITT.

It really is hard to do what you did. I hope you will get back on your feet!

I can see your problem. You can't really force people to do something, even if you will force him he will most likely quit after a few weeks. Better idea would be to make him like it. Don't think that he doesn't wan to be seen with you because your fat... Don't ever think like this, please. Especially as you said, that he is overweight as well, so I personally see no reason for him thinking like this.

I would rather say, that due to his work and spending most of the time at home, he became socially awkward and as he is overweight and also not in a good shape, he doesn't want to embarrass himself in public. Trust me, men are in general more worried about those things than women :) You should suggest him to start working out at home first, there is plenty of threads with home based workouts. Introduce them to him, see if he likes it. Start preparing some healthy meals for him as well, help him lose some weight.

I'm sure that once he sees some progress, he will be the one asking you to go with him :) That's what happened in my case.

I don't care if every women on the scene is using them - I still consider it cheating because after all you are injecting something that is not natural...

Steroids are bad! Be it for men or women and I agree with hammlie here - it is cheating to use them. I know bunch of guys who got themselves in a good shape without them and they must be more healthy than steroid users. I saw some guys after steroids in my gym and their body was just so unnatural that it was repelling for me.
