I'm new to this site as well. I have numerous health issues. One I'm dealing with now is Avascular Necrosis of both hips; I had my left hip replaced in April, 2017, everything went great. On Dec 11, 2017, my right hip was
replaced. After a few weeks, I developed a bacteria in the wound. In Feb 2018 the wound developed 2 areas where there were 'tunnels' or holes that developed. These tunnels go down in my leg and are quite deep. So, I very
limited on what I can do. I also have the same, Avascular Necrosis of both knees, which means I will have to have knee replacements on my knees. I've had 4 strokes, which left me with left side weakness, a blood disorder that causes blood clots which the Doctor's cannot find where or why it comes from, Fibromyalgia very bad, Migraines, Stomach Issues, Feet problems, Back problems, and many more.
From October 2016, I have gone from 272 lbs to December 2017, 188 lbs. Since I've had my
right hip replaced in December, 2017, I've gained 9 lbs. My height is 4 ft 10 in. My goal weight is 125 lbs. When I found this site, it encouraged me to continue to lose more weight. The weight that I have lost, I did on my own, with no meds, no help of any kind.
I no longer eat on a regular plate, I use a salad plate, drink tons of water, never go back for seconds, and if I eat anything sweet for a special occasion, I make sure my meal before or after reflects that sweet (I eat a very small piece of whatever the sweet may be).
I'm very excited to find out more about this program and how it works. As well as the information each person has to share with one another.
Good Luck to Everyone!
