Today's my first time on this site. I've read all the posts and can relate to a lot of them. I can't wait to add this group to my weight loss journey. I don't have a lot to say today except that yes sodas of any kind needs to be removed for best and fast results. Actually all beverages with sugar .I used to drive sweet tea and diet pepsi. It's been at least a year and half since I've had any. All I drink now is bottle water, sometimes I add a single flavor to it. Nothing fancy and sugar free. Even if I go somewhere ( store, date) I take it with me. I haven't come across anywhere that says anything. Look forward to seeing more posts from you. Have a good day and God bless!
