my name is Pamela but most of my family and friends call me Pammie and I'm looking forward to getting the FAT off I lose it and than some how it just comes back right now I am 157 and 5'5 and I'm 55 years young I love life most of the time but right now I'm feeling like no one cares any more because I put on all this fat.

I know that feeling I even had gastric bypass. And was down to 140 now at 72 yrs young I'm up to 190 I'm desperate. The worse part is I can't exercise because of too many surgeries. And am about to have lower back surgery have already had upper back and neck with rods in my neck. So I'm desperate. HELP SOMEBODY

Hi ladies, I love each of you. You can do anything you put your mind to. Remember make small changes that will result in big rewards. You ladies didn't list a lot of information about your diet or exercise. Change one thing about your diet and add a few more steps daily. Hope this helps and remember you are loved.

Hello ladies my name is Regina, I'm 5'9 and weigh 242lbs. Most say I don't look it because of height but at 55yrs old with various health problems including diabetes and high BP, I feel every pound. My clothing don't fit so rather than buy new ones I decided to do something about it and this is where we can be support for each other.
