Well its been a year now that I've been intermittent fasting and eating ketogenicallly. So far I've lost 22-25 lbs depending on the time of day I weigh in. More importantly, I feels great and have seen my measurements change as my body composition changes. I started heavy weightlifting a little and using video workouts with free weights too. Its a process but I'm happy. Long term lifestyle change and healthy fatloss is the goal, if I stay the course, I'll get there. Happy to hear input and suggestions. Tummy area is the last big stubborn fat deposit still left to tackle. Using myfitnesspal to track my food intake, may cut from 1200 to 1100 calories now. Gonna ask a trainer. Wish me luck!
