Hi ladies. This thread is just for us to post successes - doesn't have to be getting to your goal weight, even losing 2lbs after weeks of losing nothing is good enough.
I went for my first proper run today. :) I've been so overweight for so long that running really hurt my knees. Wasn't far, but felt really good to be able to do it!
I've lost 5lbs this week!
5lbs!? Wow, what were you doing? lol
I've gone my first full week without snacking. Took your advice and got rid of all the unhealthy food and snacks in the house - it's fresh fruit all the way for me now. :)
