Ugh. I'm starting to hate the weekend. :(
I can be really good during the week (I meal prep, take healthy snacks to work and always have a light healthy meal in the evening), but weekends are KILLING me.
My friends all like to eat out, and go for drinks. I'm sick of eating restaurant salads and don't get me started on alcohol.
I feel like such a party pooper, but I'm going to have to start saying 'no'. Maybe just go once a month.
Well, to be fair, if you do it won't just be your waistline which thanks you - think of the money you'll save.
I have this problem. I usually just join them after their meal, have one alcoholic drink and then stick to water.

Lemony, offer to be the designated driver. Everyone can pitch in a little for the gas, then everyone gets home safe AND you don't have to explain why you don't want to drink.
