Ugh. I'm starting to hate the weekend. :(

I can be really good during the week (I meal prep, take healthy snacks to work and always have a light healthy meal in the evening), but weekends are KILLING me.

My friends all like to eat out, and go for drinks. I'm sick of eating restaurant salads and don't get me started on alcohol.

I feel like such a party pooper, but I'm going to have to start saying 'no'. Maybe just go once a month.

Well, to be fair, if you do it won't just be your waistline which thanks you - think of the money you'll save.

I have this problem. I usually just join them after their meal, have one alcoholic drink and then stick to water.

Yeah, you shouldn't feel bad about not drinking every week, Lemony. It's not good for you anyway, never mind the weight.

Completely agree. Way too much pressure these days to drink too much.

Drinking water is a cheap night out lol

Lemony, offer to be the designated driver. Everyone can pitch in a little for the gas, then everyone gets home safe AND you don't have to explain why you don't want to drink.

Good idea Jenna. That way I get to keep my social life, save some cash and don't have to spend the whole of Sunday in the gym lol

You don't have to explain why you don't want to drink though! Just say that you don't want to lol

Easier said than done, FAF. Everyone wins if she's driving.

Guess so. At least everyone will get home safe.
