Hi!

So I just wanted to ask, which creatine and pre-workout do you use and which one do you find the best? I've tried only a few and I don't really know which to pick now, so I just wanted to hear your opinion on what is currently working the best

Thank you.

Well, there is no best pre-workout or best creatine. Every single brand is different, but they are working pretty much the same and they consist of same substances, except for minor differences. As for creatine I always go with monohydrate. I've tried a few others and I personally had the biggest progress on monohydrate and so did other people as well from what I have noticed. Brand doesn't really matter here, just go with what you prefer.

As for pre-workout - there is so many of them, that I don't really pay attention to it. I like testing many different brands, but I'm not taking them too often, so they all have good effect on me. I usually supply myself with just a coffee though and it's enough for me to feel motivated and energetic during workout.

Hi! I agree with annbee here. Monohydrate is the best form of creatine. I've tried creatine malate and I felt so much stronger and better on monohydrate.

Although it may depend on a person, but most people report better effects from taking mono. I tried only two different brands so far and I didn't really notice any differences - one was very cheap, while another one was pretty expensive, so the price doesn't really matter in this case either I guess.

I don't use any pre-workouts, only coffee and it's enough for me. Sometimes I like to grab energy drink as well, which has plenty of caffeine to get me going.

I've been only on monohydrate so far, so can't really tell much about creatine, but it gave me good results. I also don't use pre-workouts - I've used some in the past, but didn't' really like the effect that came with them, so I rather stick to coffee or diet pepsi as my source of caffeine.

Not that I really even need it as I'm usually full of energy during workout.

I've tried few different monohydrates and noticed that the brand doesn't really matter. For example, I didn't see any difference between a creatine for $10 and one for $40. As for pre-workouts - hard to say, all those that I've tried were working basically the same, the only difference was in taste - which is totally a matter of preference.

I've used many different creatine brands and it doesn't really make a difference. As for now I pick whichever mono is cheaper.

I also tried many pre-workouts and I actually still buy brands that I haven't tried yet - don't really see a difference between them either except for taste, so

I'm grabbing those, that make me interested or are in promo.
