Hello, so I was wondering what is the best supplement for losing weight at the moment? I had two years break from working out and I just want to lose some weight now.

I see so many different fat burners everywhere so which one would be the best choice now? I know that diet is most important, but I've seen a lot of positive reviews about those fat burners and I'm very eager to try them.

Well, I'm sorry, but they mostly don't work. Best fat burner is a good diet and plenty of workout. I've tried many different fat burners in the past as well, but apart from caffeine, that you can get from your coffee and for much cheaper, they only consist of a lot of useless substances with different, catchy names, so clueless people can spend their money on them. Just look at this logically - if fat burners really did work - obesity wouldn't exist anymore.

Of course, you can buy it and try for yourself, but they don't really help much. If you have your diet and workout on point they will help a bit, but the difference they make is definitely not worth the bucks spent on it.

I've actually tried them once when I was just starting out. I've actually lost more weight when I wasn't using any fat burners than when I was.

So it has only lead me to one conclusion - they don't work or their impact is so insignificant, that they are not worth buying either way.

I'm leaning towards the latter - they may help, but this little of help is not worth paying for at all. You are free to do as you wish though.

I was interested in fat burners or any other weight loss supplements as well, like 10 years ago. I agree with everyone's opinion here.

They are just a waste of money, but you are free to spend your money however you like. Those fat burners are usually based on big amounts of caffeine or other stimulants, that stimulate your CNS, making your body more nervous and increasing the use of energy. This causes speeding up your metabolism a bit indeed, but if you take into account side effects, then it's definitely not worth using for the long-term.

The best solution in my opinion right now is Green Tea Extract, that is risk-free to use and can boost your metabolism rate from 5% to 10%, which is the most you can get out of supplements at the moment.

Caffeine is still great as it's the cheapest option - all fat burners are mostly based on it, so you can save a lot of money by just drinking coffee.

Yohimbine + coffee = best stack you will ever get and also the cheapest. This is the one that I use for quite a long time already and it always gives me pretty good effects. Of course, you have to remember that diet and calories deficit will still be the most important here and this is only an addition to already well balanced plan.
