Hi! So I wanted to ask what is the best meal to have for breakfast? I have stomach problems, so I can't eat: milk, eggs, oatmeal, protein shake, nuts or cottage cheese.

I would prefer something easy and fast to prepare. Thanks!!

Well, maybe you should tell us what products you can consume? What are your health issues and why you can't eat those products mentioned above? To be honest, you can eat many different things for breakfast - it's up to you.

Unfortunately I have chronic gastritis, so it's a bit hard to make a diet... I can eat rice, lean meat, soy cutlet, so not really many things.

I'm not sure if we are qualified enough though. You should talk with clinical nutritionist about what you can eat and let him suggest you some products.

It will be hard to balance a diet with so many different products restricted. You can try consuming less proteins - for example 2.5g - 3.0g/pound and add some protein hydrolysate to your diet.

Your digestive system should react positively to that.

I have already tried different hydrolysates and all kind of protein shakes - they all gave me problems. I still haven't tried fish, so I will give it a go.

I would definitely want to eat more than 2000 kcal as I'm pretty skinny and I need to gain weight, but it's hard with so many products out :(

Did you try protein shakes without additional components, like for example Extensor? I know a person, who cannot consume all those normal protein shakes as well, but she reported no issues with those that didn't have any additional stuff put into them. There are many different brands, just pick some and see for yourself.

No, I have never tried it. Thanks Fit_Bet, I will give it a try and set an appointment with my clinical nutritionist. Thanks for help anyway!
